The rooms are impeccably clean. The self-check-in with a pin code is a smooth operation, so you won't be fumbling with keys when you could be having fun.

The ventilation in the room left much to be desired was great. Noise from events below can disrupt your sleep, and troubles with heating mean you'll occasionally be too hot or left longing for warmth. The breakfast offerings are pretty limited and sometimes overpriced, especially after hearing they lost their chef, which just stings a bit more in the morning chill. Figuring out the parking situation was a bit of a head-scratcher, too.

The room was nicely decorated and high-class and had a nice decor. The location was magnificent, within a close distance from a historical place museum. You could walk to the main shopping centre and shops.

The heating system was erratic. It was too cold upon returning, then blasted hot in the middle of the night. Issues with the front door key on arrival caused unnecessary hassle, and the mini fridge didn't work , leading to some disappointing warm beverages.

The homey atmosphere, the cute staff, the delicious breakfast was superb.

The broadway room was fine with a lovely vaulted ceiling. The bed was super comfy, and the location was ideal, just a short walk to pubs and restaurants. The cafe downstairs served great breakfast, and the staff there were really friendly.

Charming room, good cafe, the beautiful coffee shop downstairs had the best coffee I've ever tasted and made for a perfect start to our day, while the helpful staff ensured we felt really welcomed throughout our stay.
